Who created the flag?

Michael Page wanted a symbol that was just as prominent as the gay flag but more specifically tailored towards the bisexuality.
It is inspired by the Bi-Angles (creator unknown) and uses the same colors, though differently attributed. Instead of having a connotation to sexuality, the flag has a connection to gender identity instead.
